CSR 2020. Reducing Environmental Impact at the Workplace

SEWS CABIND GROUP’s ongoing objective to reduce our environmental impact has been strengthened by a paper reduction initiative at SEWS-CABIND ITALY.

During the orientation process, the company hands out to each newcomer a mandatory kit of company policies and documents, which are printed out and total nearly 80 pages per person, add to that the binding material, printer ink and power involved…

Now, we have completely digitalized this kit by transforming it into a mandatory course called Onboard Kit on an internal portal. Newcomers shall ‘attend’ the course and the personnel office gets an digital ‘receipt’ of their attendance.
