CONTEC-CABIND – Plant Opening

Proving to be a dynamic, think ahead company SEWS CABIND takes on new challenges overseas and joins forces with CONTEC to continue to build our customer base.

On May 7 2019 in Juarez, Mexico, an opening ceremony was held at the new CONTEC-CABIND plant, which will manufacture, process and market wiring harnesses. Company directors from Japan, Italy, Poland, and Mexico visited to celebrate the opening with on-site associates of this new facility. The inauguration kicked off with a plant tour that was followed by motivational speeches delivered by the directors.

CONTEC (Conductores Technologicos de Juarez) is a Mexican subsidiary of Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems. Working together, strengthening our market positions, both companies are looking forward to creating new value for our customers in the automotive industry.
