Statement on direction of SWS
An important statement to all Group companies was issued on 13th January 2017, announcing there is a change of representative director of SEI & SWS. They will assume positions in June 2017 after the shareholder meeting of SEI & SWS.
Mr. Osamu Inoue, the former president of SWS will assume the position of President of SEI in June 2017, Mr. Masayoshi Matsumoto the current President of SEI will become the Chairman of SEI.
Instead, Mr. Fumiyoshi Kawai, the former Executive Managing Director of SEI has become the President of SWS as from 31st of March 2017. Please read his Greeting
