Company introduction

SEWS-CABIND Poland is a Company specialized in wire harness manufacturing and has been on the Polish market since 2001, when the company joined the Sumitomo Electric Industries Group, one of the most powerful Japanese Companies worldwide.

Where we are

The headquarters of SEWS-CABIND Poland is located in Zywiec; a picturesque city situated in the Zywiec valley, 90 km south-west of Cracow, the historical capital of Poland.

The city is one of the most popular touristic, cultural and industrial centers of the Podbeskidzie region within the boundaries of the Silesia voivodeship. An additional advantage of the city’s location is its short distance from the borders of Slovakia and Czech Republic.

We have two production sites, both located in Zywiec, covering a total area of 15 000 sq. m. With about 1400 people that we hire, we are one of the region’s largest employers. As a manufacturer of more than 900 types of wire harnesses for the automotive industry, we are an important supplier for the European market.

We have also managed to gain recognition from our parent company Sumitomo Electric Industries Group. For 4 consecutive years SEWS-CABIND Group has been awarded the “Glorious Excellent Company Award”. Since 2006 SEI has given this award to the companies part of the Group that have produced excellence in terms of management indicators such as profit and ROA, together with occupational safety and compliance.
