In the EMEA region, we strongly promote our values of diversity and inclusion. This design celebrates how each day across the world the Sumitomo Electric Group has diverse talents from multiple backgrounds who work together as highly cohesive teams in an inclusive environment.

The wavy “inclusive” line symbolizes copper wire that was at the origins of our business and is now, 400 years later, still at the heart of businesses in so many different countries: a sort of continuous thread from our origins to the present day.
